To ensure successful delivery, please make sure to enter accurate information. All packages are dispatched using a trackable courier. If you would like your purchase to be courier & signature, this will be an additional cost of $40.00NZD

Shipping is currently within New Zealand only, But stay turned! Let us know if international delivery is of interest to you - admin@yonicare.co.nz

Dispatch/Delivery Timeframes : 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 6 business days. Occasionally weekends/public holidays or severe weather conditions can cause a delay in delivery. We endeavor to dispatch our premium packs on the day you order them, if ordered before 12pm.

Standard delivery rates are :

Free Shipping for orders valued $150.00 - Upwards (New Zealand Only)

Nationwide - $14.99 

Expected delivery times :

North Island : 2 - 6 Business days.

South Island : 4 - 8 Business days.

Rural deliveries may take a further 2 days to arrive.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it to us within 30 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
